Wholesale General

Do I have to pay VAT?

V.A.T is applicable to all UK orders. For EU and international destinations are exempt unless a customer is V.A.T registered in their own country.

Can I use your product images?

Use of our images is only permitted with prior consent from Edge Clothing. Please email for further information.

Do you send samples?

Unfortunately we don’t but if you require more information about a product, please contact us.

Is there a minimum spend?

There is no minimum order spend, however minimum shipping charges apply.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

We do, our showroom and stockroom is open for trade Monday – Friday 10am – 6:30pm, and Sunday 9am– 3pm. No appointment is required.

Delivery & Returns

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer a variety of different delivery options;

  • Standard UK next day delivery via UPS £8.50 (inc. V.A.T) upto 30kg.
  • European delivery 1-3 working days via DHL £25.00 (inc V.A.T) upto 30kg.
  • Southern Ireland 1-3 working days via DHL £15.00 (inc V.A.T) upto 30kg.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to, UK, EU and Ireland. For further countries that haven’t been listed please contact us with the relevant shipping information.

Next day delivery

To qualify for our next day delivery service your order must be placed by 1:00pm, it will then need to be reviewed and confirmed by Edge and payment must be made before the goods can be shipped. If for whatever reason the payment or order confirmation has not been fulfilled by either party the goods will be shipped on the next working day.

Please note that next day delivery excludes weekends and bank holidays.

What if I order on a Friday?

If you place your order on a Friday it can be shipped on the same day but will only arrive with you on the Monday. Please note that orders still have to be placed by 1:00pm for it to be processed.

What are your return options?

We accept returns on goods that are deemed faulty and unwashed. You have 7 days to return faulty items to us, stating there fault. All returns are on a exchange/credit note basis.

Can I return goods in person?

Yes, you can return goods in person at our showroom. If you decide to return goods in person please bring your invoice with you so we can process the return.

How do I return goods?

If you are returning goods that are faulty, they can be returned in person or via your method of choice i.e postage. If you are returning goods via a postal service please state what is wrong with the goods by filling out our returns slip that you should receive with your paper invoice.

Please note that all return postage costs are the customers responsibility, unless there has been a processing error on behalf of Edge clothing.

Click and Collect

Can I collect my goods from your showroom?

Yes, we now offer a click and collect service free of charge.

How long do I have to collect my order?

When using our click and collect service, you will have 7 working days from when the order was confirmed  to collect your goods. If your goods have not been collected after 7 working days a return will be issued to you and the goods will be returned to our warehouse.

Where do I collect from?

For click and collect orders, you just need to come down to our showroom, please ask a member of staff on arrival at our reception desk.

Do I need to bring anything with me to collect?

When collecting please bring a form of I.D with you, a printed or E-copy of your invoice and reference/customer order number.

What should I do if I am unable to collect my order?

If for any reason you are unable to collect your order from us, please contact us quoting your order number. If you would like someone else to collect your goods on your behalf please email to let us know prior to the collection.


How often do you get new styles?

We get new styles every week these are then updated daily to our site.

An item I want is out of stock, when will it be re-stocked?

If an item you are trying to buy is out of stock, you won’t be able to place a forward order, however most of our style are re-stocked weekly depending on manufactures availability

Do I have to buy in packs or can I buy singles?

Unfortunately we don’t sell single piece, we only sell in packs with varying ratios.

Do you offer bespoke design services?

We do offer a bespoke design service however, there is a minimum order quantity for this service. Please contact us for further information and the relevant member of staff will get back to you as soon as possible.

We have a size guide here with EU, AU, UK and US size ranges.

Technical Issues

I’ve forgotten my password/ Login details?

If you have forgotten either your username or password please use this link which will reset your login details. 

Why can’t I see the prices?

To view stock in more detail, and to see prices you must register an account with us. Once registered you will receive a confirmation email awaiting our approval which can take up to 48 hours.

How will I know the status of my order?

To view the status of your order, you need to login to your account, then choose account and order history will appear. This will be updated when changes are made such as; shipped, pending or complete.
