Delivery & Returns


At Edge we offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs. We currently ship to; UK, EU and Ireland. For any other countries that haven’t been listed please contact us with the relevant shipping information and we will aim to get back to you within 24-48 hours with the calculated shipping costs.

Our delivery options;

  • Standard UK next day delivery is from £8.50 (inc V.A.T) up to 30kg via UPS
  • European delivery 3-5 working days from £25.00 (inc V.A.T) up to 30kg via DHL
  • Southern Ireland 1-3 working days from £15.00 (inc V.A.T) up to 30kg via DHL

Free next day shipping within the UK on orders over £400- Please note this offer is valid up to one 30kg Box, any additional boxes will be subject additional charges.

Free standard shipping to Europe on orders of £500- Please note this promotion is valid up to one 30kg box, any additional boxes will be subject to additional charges.

Next day

To qualify for our next day delivery service your order must be placed by 1:00pm, this will then need to be reviewed and confirmed by Edge. You will then receive an updated pro-forma where you can then make payment, once this is complete your goods will be ready to be shipped.

If for whatever reason the payment or order confirmation has not been fulfilled by either party the goods will remain at Edge until processed and will be shipped on the next working day.

Please note that next day delivery excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Delivery details

Any orders placed after the 1:00pm cut off point will be processed in the same manner but will be shipped in the next working day.

Orders placed on a Friday by 1:00pm will be processed but you will only receive the goods on the following Monday.

EU customers

Please note that if you are ordering from the EU, you will need to provide a valid V.A.T number to qualify being exempt from V.A.T being added at checkout . If you are having any difficulties with this please contact us.

Click and Collect

At edge we now offer a ‘click and collect’ service, please allow up to 3 hours from the confirmation of your order before collecting from us. We are open for collections Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm, please note that we close between 1:30pm-2:30pm on Fridays.

When collecting from Edge just head down to our Manchester showroom, on arrival please ask a member of staff at the front desk.

For all click and collect orders you must bring with you;

  • Photographic form of I.D
  • E-copy/Printed copy of your invoice
  • Your web order number

If for any reason you are unable to collect your order from us, please contact us quoting your order number. If you’d like someone to collect your order on your behalf please contact us prior to the collection.

You will have 7 working days from once the order has been confirmed and paid for to collect your goods from us. If you have not collected your goods after 7 working days, you will be notified with and a return will be issued and the goods will be returned to our warehouse.


We accept returns on goods that are deemed faulty and unwashed. You have 7 days to return faulty items to us, stating their fault. All returns are on a exchange/credit note basis.

You can also return goods in person at our showroom. If you decide to return goods in person please bring your invoice and returns note with you so we can process the return.

If you are returning goods that are faulty, they can be returned in person or via your method of choice i.e. postage. If you are returning goods via a postal service please state the fault by filling out our returns note that you should receive with your paper invoice. Please note that all return postage costs are the customers responsibility, unless there has been a processing error on behalf of Edge clothing.

Once we have received the returns we will review them with the corresponding return note and a refund will be made in the manner of a credit note or exchange basis. Please note that this can take up to 48 hours to process, you will be notified once we have completed your return.

All returns must be returned within in 7 days of receiving the goods.

Goods that are being returned, must have a completed return note enclosed.

We will not accept any returned items that have been damaged during customs, mishandling or alterations.

We do not cover the costs of return postage fees.
We reserve the right to implement a 20% restocking fee on items returned that do not have genuine faults pertaining to manufacturing.
